Shipping & Tracking:

We can ship orders to worldwide. For all the orders, two different shipping services are available: Air Mail Shipping and Expedited Shipping. You may choose your preferred shipping services during the checkout process.

1. Shipping Address
Please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information as well as your phone number, and all parcels will be held for picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. If the item is returned because of wrong shipping address, unclaimed or refused, customer needs to cover the shipping fee and any other risk.

2. Shipping Time
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as those received after 1pm on weekdays, will be processed in next working day. Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives is ESTIMATED only. We will try our best to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.

 

3. Tracking
The online tracking number and link will be sent to you in a confirmation email after the order is shipped out, and will be valid for check within 2 working days (If you do not see it in your mail inbox, please check junk box).

 

4. Acceptance of Packages
All packages are registered. This service gives you peace of mind that your item will arrive safely and directly to your appointed location. It is the responsibility of the person who receives the package to examine the item prior to signing for its acceptance. If the carrier is authorized to leave the package without a signature, we will not be held responsible for damage or loss that may occur during the shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the item status upon arrival and inform us of any problem or damage within 3 days of receiving your order. All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will have to take that responsibility for the charges if there is any.
